Meet The Kitchen Gadget That Will Fire Up Your Grilling Game!
Nothing tastes quite as good as tender, juicy meat grilled over an open flame.
Do you want to know the secret for meat that comes out tasting like it’s professionally grilled?
A meat injector! This tool allows you to easily dispense your marinade while packing flavor and moisture to your meat.

Why do you need a Meat Marinade Injector?
Rubs, spice pastes, and glazes sit on the meat’s surface. Marinades penetrate only a few millimeters into the meat. Brining and curing solutions do reach the center, but require several days or weeks to do so.
A meat injector resolves this time-consuming task by helping you dispense your brine and marinade deep inside adding flavor to every bite in seconds.
Meat injectors not only inject flavor but also pump moisture which helps reduce cook time.
Apart from injecting marinade, meat injectors can also be used to inject wine into fruits or chocolate into cakes. However, the injector needs thorough cleaning before and after to prevent any contamination.

Why buy our Meat Marinade Injector?
The syringe is made of pure 304 stainless steel that makes it safe to use, even at high temperatures. There are no traces of aluminum and it is BPA free. The all-metal construction makes this product durable and corrosion-free.
This injector syringe comes with a 2-ounce barrel which means that you need fewer refills to get the job done.
Not just the build quality, but the design is also tailored to make it comfortable and less tiring to use. The handle is ergonomically designed for better grip and greater pressure control.
To ensure you enjoy every bite with flavor, the injector has three needles that penetrate deep and guarantee even distribution. The needles are long-lasting and sharp enabling you to enrich thick and tough cuts with marinades of varying consistency.
One needle is thin and small. That can be used for smaller pieces of meat and you can marinate with liquid marinades using this needle. The needle has two holes at the tip to make the marination even.
The other two needles are 6 inches long. One comes with side holes to spread the liquid marinade evenly in the meat. Another one is thicker and is used to inject herbs like garlic or ginger that are minced.

This gadget is simple to disassemble and thanks to the two needle cleaning brush it comes with it’s quite convenient to clean. It is also dishwasher safe.
This Meat Marinade Injector is easy to use, and one does not require any skills to use it. Whether you are a home cook or an experienced chef, seasoning meat with injectors is a breeze.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs):
Question: What is the advantage of injecting-marinade vs. traditional marinade?
Answer: Traditional marinating, soaking or brine process takes at least 1 night or 24 hours for the meat to absorb flavor. But marinade-injecting drastically shortens the marinating time, depending on the meat, it can take from 30 minutes up to less than 24 hours.
Question: Can it be used for injecting jam into jam doughnuts or cupcakes?
Answer: Yes, it is advisable not to have large pieces of fruit in the jam, and it is suggested to warm the jam before loading into the syringe and use the large needle to inject the jam in the doughnuts or cupcakes.
Question: Are the O-rings replaceable?
Answer: Yes, It is recommended to replace o-rings if leaks are present on the needles and barrel connection. Our Meat Injector comes with three (3) small o-rings and one (1) large o-ring for your convenience.
Question: What is the recommended time of marinating meat?
Answer: The ideal marinating time will depend on the concentration of marinade, its volume, meat type, and several other factors, use the table below as a starting guide.

Simple way to use our Meat Injector:
Step1: Unscrew the plugger from the injector barrel
Step2: Apply a thin film of oil at the end of the plugger around the O-rings
Step3: Choose and attach the correct needle based on the type of marinade
Step4: Draw the marinade into the injector by dipping the needle into the marinade bowl and drawing the plunger outwards
Step5: Inject the marinade into the meat at few evenly spaced points until the meat is properly marinated.

Tip(s):
- Keep the salt properly dissolve or keep content low and the marinade free from chunks so that you do not clog the needle
- For Chicken and Turkey, do not pierce the skin, lift it and inject
- Do not make too many holes, try to get as much marinade possible inside by moving the needle in different directions as you pull it out
- Go on adding or injecting the marinade till you see the liquid coming out from the holes, this way you will know when cannot the meat absorb anymore
- Marinade injectors work best with large cuts of meat or meats that are inherently dry
- An injected chicken or turkey will take more time than usual to cook because of all the liquid and moisture
Cleaning of injector:
- Fill a deep cup with hot soapy water, place the needle into the liquid and pull the plunger, filling the chamber with the dishwater. Depress the plunger, ejecting the water. Repeat until clean. This is great when you have a liquid marinade that does not contain herbs or is juice or brine based. Disassemble the marinade injector and allow it to dry.
- If you used a thick sauce or marinade with herbs, you will want to completely disassemble the injector to clean it. Submerge all parts in hot, soapy water and use a bottle brush to scrub out the interior of the barrel. Use the included brushes to clean the needle. Allow everything to dry.
Important Tip:
Once everything is dry, dip the rubber end of the plunger into some melted coconut oil, or peanut oil. There are a few reasons to do this. It helps the plunger move freely within the chamber, prevents the rubber from drying out and finally, will enhance the seal of the rubber for the next time you use the marinade injector.
