We provide a 30-day money back guarantee. 

• A customer cannot request a refund for customized items.

• A customer cannot request a refund for all discounted items.

• A customer cannot request a refund for bundle packs and items with free gifts.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• We will process a refund and or reimbursement for all eligible Items excluding the shipping & handling fee  (import fee included if applicable) and a $3 restocking fee for each purchased items will be deducted from the total payment for the order and the rest will be refunded if cancelled.

• Refund once approved , will be processed  and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original forms of payment, within a certain amount of days.

• Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
