A: It is recommended to use distilled water with this ice maker. Purified water is also possible, but please avoid using mineral water or tap water.
Q: Will the ice not melt if I leave it inside?
A: This is not a freezer, thus the ice will turn back into water after a while and will go through another cycle where it will turn into ice. This will repeat until the machine is turned off or the ice is taken.

Fill the tank with water. Make sure that it is under the water line indicated inside the tank.
